I dont think its in China.They are called capsule hotels in Tokyo ,Japan. My friends stayed in them when they visited Tokyo.
No, these are photos from a typical 'Capsule Hotel' in Japan ( the script is Japanese 'Katakana' in photo 3 ) - these are cheap places where overworked or drunk salaried men sleep the night over if they miss the last trainhome
Seems like Morgue/mortuary for living humans...
